These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OddsFlow Partners website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OddsFlow Partners services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
OddsFlow Partners provides AI-powered odds quality intelligence, anomaly detection, agentic AI infrastructure, and related services for sportsbooks and odds feed providers. Our services include odds quality audits, continuous monitoring, API access, custom AI agent development, and the Agent Reputation Network.
3. Account Registration
Some services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that violates the rights of others, interferes with the operation of our platform, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the OddsFlow Partners platform — including algorithms, models, reports, and documentation — are owned by OddsFlow Partners and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as described in your service agreement.
6. Data and Confidentiality
We treat all client odds data as confidential. Audit reports are provided exclusively to the submitting client. We do not share individual client data with other clients or third parties. Aggregate, anonymized benchmarks may be used for industry reporting without identifying individual clients.
7. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed according to the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase. All paid plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
OddsFlow Partners provides odds quality intelligence for informational purposes. Our signals, scores, and analyses are not financial advice and should not be construed as such. We are not liable for trading decisions made based on our data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
