3. Odds Data Handling
When you submit odds data for audit, we process it exclusively for the purpose of generating your quality report. Raw odds data is permanently deleted from our systems upon report delivery. We retain only aggregate quality scores for your reference. All data transfers are encrypted with TLS 1.3.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data Retention
Account information is retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus 12 months. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Audit data (raw odds) is deleted immediately upon report delivery. Aggregate scores are retained indefinitely for benchmarking purposes.
